Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product. Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return.
If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Bought this for a recent holiday in Kos as my partner's non Red paddle board bag is not fit for use in protecting your board or comfortable to carry around.
Love the new bag design although it got covered in a tin of Kos pine honey on the flight home it washed off surprisingly easy with warm soapy water! 😂😂
Great bag. I purchased for another SUP brand board to replace the bag. The wheels are great and harness comfy. Well constructed. Wish I had got myself a red board in the first place.
This bag is both big enough and very comfortable to carry. I have kids of kit and can carry it with ease. The paddle holder odours not fit my red paddle however but minor issue .
The bag seems & looks good quality, I suppose only time will tell.
I walk 4k back & forward to the sup lake, it feels comfortable when fully loaded up.
Only time will tell if at this price it lasts the test of time.
Let's hope it does what it claims to be at this price!
