Returns

You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product. Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return.

If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Our all new twin Click Fin system is only available with the new Compact 9’6”. They attach with a simple click whilst a ‘grub screw’ can be used for additional security and longer outings. The fin boxes themselves are also compatible with standard FCS fins, so you can customise the feel of your board in the water and tune it to the conditions if you so desire.

The Compact boards will be provided with RED branded FCS fin keys to tighten the grub screws to secure the fins.

Sturdy and convenient

So much better than the glued-on (and easily glued-off, in the heat) fins of previous compact boards. To improve sturdiness even further, I'd make the lock-pin in metal rather than this dry plastic which, in my case, has snapped twice. Very happy that Red Paddle sent replacement pin promptly and at no cost. In the meantime, a standard (metal) hairpin, does the trick :)

Awesome new locking pin!

The addition of this new (attached) small plastic locking pin is a game changer! I already lost 1 fin because who carries around those teeny little metal pieces to lock it in place? Woops, then it doesn't float so absolutely no way to find it :( Tx for this simple but 100% needed and effective innovation :)

Compact Fin

Great fin - easy to install and uninstall. This was just a backup in case I lose or damage one as I use my board on a boat and sometimes long distances from civilization
