Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product. Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return.
If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

In the unlikely event that you have to ditch your board, there is an easy-to-reach grab toggle to ensure you are in complete control at all times. Not only does it save lives, it also reduces drag by keeping your leash high dry and out of the way of any floating debris.

I think this piece of equipment is invaluable in as much as it’s possibly saved my life on the first occasion I had to use it . I fell off my paddle board as I was going round a headland the wind caught me & off I came to then get tangled in kelp or something like that. So the belt definitely worked on this occasion and I intend to keep using it.

For me there are two things that make this belt stand out from others, they are:
1. Having an extra long cord and ball on the buckle makes it much quicker and easier to locate when needed, and
2. Having the 'Red' logo as a marker as to where to cut the belt for you, makes life so much easier.
Also being able to compare it against other QR belts has helped me come to these opinions and I would recommend it to others as well.
