On all orders over $150 we offer FREE SHIPPING  in Canada (this excludes import duteis and taxes).

Orders between $100 and $149.99 are charged a $10 fee.

Orders up to $99.99 are charged a $15 fee.

Orders are dispatched within two business days and typically take up to 5 business days to be delivered (not guaranteed).

We are currently shipping all orders from our Global HQ in the UK whilst we are souring a new fulfilment centre in Canada. As a result any order over $40 will be subject to import duties and taxes.

Whilst we are able to offer free shipping on orders over $150 into Canada, we are unable to cover the import duties and taxes at this moment in time. Within the shipping method you will see that these are listed separately to the shipping costs but in the order overview it would appear that these are shipping costs however this is a combined cost of shipping, import duties and taxes.

As we are currently shipping all orders from our UK headquarters we aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day for orders received before 2pm GMT/BST Monday – Friday.

For orders received after 2pm GMT/BST Monday – Thursday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

For orders received after 2pm GMT/BST on a Friday or Public Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
