Red Paddle Co boards come with a 2 year warranty from the time of purchase. This can be extended to a 5 year warranty when registered online within 3 months of purchase. This maximum extension is only applicable to new and unused boards from the latest model year.

Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product. Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return.
If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Adjustable Cargo System - A new and improved cargo system has one adjustable bungee strap and two flat elastic straps. A twin d-ring locking system allows easy adjustment and release and the small loop is ideal for water bottle storage.
ATB Transformer Bag - Introducing a total redesign of our all terrain backpack that offers a bagless carry system. This skeleton system means you can access more remote waterways without the need for a bulky bag and just take the straps and your pump. When using the bag, large all terrain wheels make handling rugged terrain a breeze and considered anthropometric design is able to be fully customised to your height so you can take maximum care of your body while under load. Large exterior pockets can fit any quick to grab essentials and velcro interior pocket means your paddle blade is safe and secure. How to store your board
Your board should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and either rolled up and stored in the bag, If storing for a long time without use, make sure you ease the tightness of the roll so that there isn't lots of pressure going through the strap into the board, especially near the fin box if you have one of these. It may also be an idea to store the pump separately if you do have the space for this.

How to store your board
Your board should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and either rolled up and stored in the bag, If storing for a long time without use, make sure you ease the tightness of the roll so that there isn't lots of pressure going through the strap into the board, especially near the fin box if you have one of these. It may also be an idea to store the pump separately if you do have the space for this.
If you are hoping to keep your board inflated, we recommend keeping this on a flat surface or upright (not kept on a rack for a long duration) to prevent changes to the shape of the board. If you are not going to use it for a while you should reduce the pressure to below 15psi and keep your board in the cool and dry.
Before you pack your board away though, it is particularly important that you rinse everything in fresh water (Board/Bag/Paddle/Pump/Leash etc) and allow to dry completely before packing it away.
How to roll your board
Firstly, we recommend having your All-Terrain Bag open and ready to go, with your board deflated and your board strap nearby.
Place your pump at the nose of the board, leaving a little bit of room around the nose so that you can wrap this over the pump, this will help keep the pump secure and in place.
Roll the board around the pump, keeping the pump as square as possible with the rails of the board. The tighter you roll your board, the easier it will be to fit in your All Terrain Bag - but avoid putting too much tension around features like the fin box (if your board has removable fins).
Once you have finished rolling your board, grab you board strap and wrap this around to secure.
When you place your board in the All-Terrain Bag, you will find a strap attached to the inside of the bag. Fixing this around the board will help with board movement when out exploring.

Structural: the high-tensile drop-stitch fibres are designed to withstand pressures in excess of 22psi, meaning Red boards can be inflated to provide unrivalled stiffness and confidence, no matter the rider weight or prevailing conditions.
Laminate: the reinforced composite coating is bonded to the textile core using machine welding that applies heat and pressure to the inner PVC layer, saving over 2kg of adhesives and reducing cosmetic and safety concerns. Produced under low tension, this process creates a torsional stiffening effect when the boards are inflated, making MSL® stiffer at lower pressures.

Since then, our commitment to constant innovation has seen us push the boundaries of inflation technology. That’s why we’re so confident that our reimagined Titan II is the best pump on the market. Quite simply, it puts air into your board faster and reaches a higher pressure with less effort.
The double-chamber Titan II has a bayonet fitting at both ends of the hose, attached directly to the airbox to reduce leaks and so it doesn’t thrash about in use. Folding feet and a removable quick-release handle reduce the size by 30% when you’re finished, making it more packable and portable.
Had the first 10’6 Ride probably 8 years ago and still have it. A well constructed board that does everything well. Use it in lakes, rivers, canals and in the sea, it’s stable, even with the dog aboard and in a swell, tracks well. Would recommend.

Having tried the board out a few times prior to purchase I knew what to expect. A fantastic board for a newbee, lots of useful accessories and storage bag to enable space saving storage. Can’t wait to get out on the water again soon. Love the understated design, feels very stable as expected. It is worth the expense, a true investment.

Absolutely love my new board, extremely good quality, I couldn't get back on my old board if I fell off, but got back on this one straight away. Its far more sturdy as well, I don't feel so wobbly and unbalanced. I dont have a negative thing to say about this board. I even love its smell!! The board bag is great quality and full of handy pockets, its far easier to inflate with the Titan II pump, i did have an issue with the pumps plastic hose but one email to Red and i had an apology and a new hose the very next day with a lovely hand wriiten note wishing me happy paddling. Great customer service. So pleased with my purchase
