Extended Warranty
Red Paddle Co boards come with a 2 year warranty from the time of purchase. This can be extended to a 5 year warranty when registered online within 3 months of purchase. This maximum extension is only applicable to new and unused boards from the latest model year.

Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product. Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return.
If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

The Speed Tail, This brand new feature across our Sport range offers enhanced speed and nippy manoeuvrability. The rubberised edge on the tail aids water release and increases speed. The sleek shape of the 11' Sport cuts through the water with ease and the drawn-out nose section gives you more glide across the water. The 11'0” offers fast inflation and great flat-water performance for riders up to 90kg/198lb. Ergonomic tubular handles on all boards to give a cushioned, comfy grip when carrying your board. All Sport boards come with a durable fin from world-leading surfboard fin creators FCS - slotted into the fin box easily by hand and secured in place with a finger bolt.

Your board should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and either rolled up and stored in the bag, If storing for a long time without use, make sure you ease the tightness of the roll so that there isn't lots of pressure going through the strap into the board, especially near the fin box if you have one of these. It may also be an idea to store the pump separately if you do have the space for this.

How to store your board
Your board should be stored in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and either rolled up and stored in the bag, If storing for a long time without use, make sure you ease the tightness of the roll so that there isn't lots of pressure going through the strap into the board, especially near the fin box if you have one of these. It may also be an idea to store the pump separately if you do have the space for this.
If you are hoping to keep your board inflated, we recommend keeping this on a flat surface or upright (not kept on a rack for a long duration) to prevent changes to the shape of the board. If you are not going to use it for a while you should reduce the pressure to below 15psi and keep your board in the cool and dry.
Before you pack your board away though, it is particularly important that you rinse everything in fresh water (Board/Bag/Paddle/Pump/Leash etc) and allow to dry completely before packing it away.
How to roll your board
Firstly, we recommend having your All-Terrain Bag open and ready to go, with your board deflated and your board strap nearby.
Place your pump at the nose of the board, leaving a little bit of room around the nose so that you can wrap this over the pump, this will help keep the pump secure and in place.
Roll the board around the pump, keeping the pump as square as possible with the rails of the board. The tighter you roll your board, the easier it will be to fit in your All Terrain Bag - but avoid putting too much tension around features like the fin box (if your board has removable fins).
Once you have finished rolling your board, grab you board strap and wrap this around to secure.
When you place your board in the All-Terrain Bag, you will find a strap attached to the inside of the bag. Fixing this around the board will help with board movement when out exploring.

Structural: the high-tensile drop-stitch fibres are designed to withstand pressures in excess of 22psi, meaning Red boards can be inflated to provide unrivalled stiffness and confidence, no matter the rider weight or prevailing conditions.
Laminate: the reinforced composite coating is bonded to the textile core using machine welding that applies heat and pressure to the inner PVC layer, saving over 2kg of adhesives and reducing cosmetic and safety concerns. Produced under low tension, this process creates a torsional stiffening effect when the boards are inflated, making MSL® stiffer at lower pressures.

We’ve taken standard inflatable technology and reworked almost every aspect of it. By pinpointing key areas, we’ve identified improvements – from the precise bonding of layers to the application of optimum rocker curve, triple-taped reinforced rails to our exclusive MSL® drop-stitch material, no element is overlooked.
Before going into production our designs undergo rigorous research and testing. (We’ve even run tractors and a 22.5-tonne digger over them – they were fine!) Then manufacturing each board takes 72 hours: that’s ten times the industry average. Unlike most other paddleboard companies, we never compromise on quality. I wanted to upgrade my 9'8 that I started on and couldnt decide between the Jobe Duna and the Red 11'' Sport. 6 month ago I thought the Jobe Duna was the better choice financially. Unfortunately I was wrong, I purchased the Jobe Duna and then the seams started coming away, I sent it back, I then was caught up in the second recall and then was without a board for a further month.
So I purchased the Red 11' Sport... Its so quick and you can feel the build quality.
Reds customer support is second to none as well, I initially purchased the 11'3 x 34 and then realised my mistake just after one call they swapped it out no questions.
My friend purchased the 11'3 x 34' and I purchased the 11' sport x 30' she is an instructor and needs the extra spaces, but the 30' width you can feel the difference, mine is much more nimble.
If you are thinking of upgrading - this is definitely the board for you.

What can I say about this board. An owner of the Red Ride-10ft 6, I wanted a board to take me on my next step into river touring. Was able to demo a few boards before buying, but can honestly say the Red Boards, for me, are far & away the top of their game. If you want a board that feels 100% stable beneath your feet, choose Red. The advantage for me is that the stability comes as standard, allowing the rider to choose what else they want from a board, be it tracking, manoeuvring or overall speed/efficiency.
This board is perfect for it all & as a shorter rider, I found the 11ft board perfect for moving in and out of the water (locks & landing points easier to get over than with a longer board). To top it off, this board really comes into it’s own when you hit more challenging conditions. I am not kidding when I say, the choppier the water, the more this board performs. Red have one very happy owner here

This board is amazing! I have gone from a great starter board and wanted something that glides through the water nicer and is more comfortable to handle, this red board has not disappointed!! My first adventure was a light up paddle adventure as you can see from the picture. Highly recommended this board and all accessories etc make value for money worth every penny!!

Only had the board for a short time but I’m impressed with the quality of the products. It may have been more than a lot of other boards out there but it think it was worth it because of the build quality and the 5 year warranty.
