Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product. Items which don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return.
If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you. All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Sizing for the Pro Change Robe is based purely off height and not build as they are designed to be oversized with plenty of room to get changed in and out of sports kit.
If you are on the borderline of two sizes then we recommend going for the larger option as the extra material will help keep your modesty protected.

The EVO boasts a PFC-free DWR waterproof outer which will perform better the less intense cleaning it is subjected too, so as a general rule, only wash it when it’s particularly stinky or filthy.

After the first 4-5 full washes you’ll need to boost the DWR with a special outdoor kit washing liquid (Grangers or similar). Avoid laundry detergent as much as possible as it is designed to break down grease and oils, and the DWR coating looks similar to these to detergents, so avoid adding this to the wash.
For best results, try washing and drying your robe inside out as the outer layer will dry quickly while the fleece will take longer. If possible, dry flat in the sun, but in wintertime, hanging your robe in a warm spot will speed up drying.
*Spot cleaning your robes: For any grease-based marks spot cleaning with washing up liquid is recommended.

I initially ordered the robe in a large as I am a good size 18 but it was too big all over for me so I returned and exchanged for a medium which still gives me plenty of room but fits much better. The exchange process was quick and easy.
The coat is a good quality product and looks great too. I'm sure it'll get plenty of use over the coming years (especially with our good old British weather ).

I like the fact that it looks more like a raincoat rather than a changing robe for when I walk my dog. I didn’t want to be advertising the coat, so it’s brilliant for not having the branded name plastered on the back. The lining is super soft and the outside is brilliant for the rain and wind.
I would highly recommend.

I love my changing robe and so glad I chose this one. It’s warm, waterproof with a subtle logo so I can wear it as a coat when out and about. Nothing I don’t like about it and well worth the money.
